Fitness Classes
Group Fitness Classes $50/month:

HIIT: This is a medium to high intensity interval training class that builds cardiovascular fitness and improves muscular strength and endurance.

Core Crunch: This is a medium intensity class that focuses on core stability combined with strength and mobility.

Kinstretch: This is a lower intensity strength building class that uses functional range conditioning principles to improve overall joint health.

Our Services:
1:1 Personal Training $60/hour
Weight management program designed to improve strength and flexibility.
Functional Range Conditioning $75/hour
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a joint specific training program that focuses on the movement patterns needed for effective exercise. FRC focuses on maintaining internal structures for purposeful and effective movement to occur.
Movement Analysis $75
A head-to-toe screening that assesses range of motion, strength, balance, and functional movement with recommended corrective exercise.
*Provided free of charge annually for all GHS employees
Home Gym Program $60
Designed for any traditional use, containing cardio recommendations, nutrition information, warm-up and cool down information, mobility, and 20 unique training sessions.
Generalized Stretching $25/30 minutes
Choose from full upper or lower body passive stretch session designed for warm up or recovery with workout
