We offer basic primary care and urgent care services, wellness exams, on-site testing, and health insurance assistance.
Walk-ins are accepted but appointments are encouraged. When possible, please try to schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling 225-763-4500.
Yes, we accept most major insurances including Medicaid and Medicare.
Yes, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana will be available to help enroll you in an insurance plan including Medicaid or Medicare.
*No cash or drugs are kept in the unit.
