Baby Care Basics
Learn how to prepare for going home with your newborn during our Baby Care Basics class. This is your guide to caring for your baby in the first six weeks; from learning what to expect from your newborn, how to keep your baby safe and healthy and when you should call the doctor.
Breastfeeding Basics
Join us for Breastfeeding Basics where you'll learn essential information about the benefits of breastfeeding for your baby and for you, how your body makes milk, what an effective latch looks like, different breastfeeding positions, how to know if your baby is feeding well and the basics of expressing milk.
Virtual Learning
Take advantage of our three-part virtual learning bundle that includes educational booklets and online videos and resources covering all of the childbirth essentials. Access all the tools and tips you need to prepare for your last trimester of pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding and taking care of your newborn from the comfort and safety of your home. This is your guide to childbirth providing you with essential information on labor and delivery, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, and newborn and postpartum care. Videos and tools also include labor positioning, birth stories, active labor, epidural procedures, relaxation exercises, fetal movement counts, diaper and feeding tracker and more.
Your Newborn
This is your guide to caring for your baby in the first six weeks; from learning what to expect from your newborn, how to keep your baby safe and healthy and when you should call the doctor. Videos and tools also include bathing, diapering and breastfeeding your baby, milestone and feeding and diaper tracker, infant CPR, hunger cues, sleep patterns and more.
Breastfeeding
This is your guide to breastfeeding with confidence providing essential information on the benefits of breastfeeding for your baby and for you, how your body makes milk, what an effective latch looks like, different breastfeeding positions, how to know if your baby is feeding well and the basics of expressing milk. Videos and tools also include: breastfeeding warning and signs, breastfeeding and diaper log, baby comfort techniques, guide to returning to work, feeding cues and more.
