Neurologic Rehab
Our team of rehabilitation therapists provides treatment for several neurological conditions, including stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and degenerative disorders such as Muscular Dystrophy and Multiple Sclerosis. Our team is also specially trained and certified to treat patients with Parkinson’s Disease through the highly effective LSVT BIG™ and LOUD™ programs.
LSVT BIG™ and LOUD™
The LSVT BIG and LOUD programs have been developed and scientifically researched over the past 20 years with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to treat patients who suffer from speech and mobility issues as a result of Parkinson’s Disease. LSVT BIG and LOUD treatment consist of 16 sessions (4 consecutive days a week for 4 weeks) during which you will use exercise and training to improve limb and body movement, as well as voice and speech performance.
