The young lady that draws blood, I cannot remember her name, but she is equally professional, very nice, just a very sweet young lady. I just want to give a quick shout out to the ladies who make our appointments and check us in when we come in for an appointment. As you get off the elevator, they always have a smile on their face, always receptive and approachable. Just a really great team.

I think after you have a biopsy, it's time for them to start sending some pain medicine home with you. It's in antibiotics. It was very, very uncomfortable after. Luckily, I had some pain medicine I was able to take, but there needs to be pain medicine sent home after a biopsy. Thank you.

I was disappointed that I was told the nurse would not be giving My injection to me anymore. Not very please that I have to go to another person. I started with them for a reason and was very please with there service. Now I have to go to another building and deal with a another person that I don't know. And now I will bill another bill coming from another place. Money don't fall out a tree here. Also when I call I expect to speak with Dr Porta nurse no one else. I was told that they deal with only their patients. I expect to speak to the doctor or nurse that I started with. Nobody else knows my condition.
Dr Wesley Porta is the best! I have been seeing him for a number of years and as always is very understanding and willing to spend time with explaining his procedure with me and never rushing to stop listening to my problems and he is a really great guy and I consider him a friend and one day would love to go hunting with him. Yes, you can improve by not having people fill out the medical history when they've done it online. It's duplicating what they have to do and shouldn't be required. If they're going to fill it out online, they don't need to fill it out again when they get to the office. That's all I have.

Regarding your question about the front office staff...there is a process problem that you need to address. I completed the pre visit information on the MyChart app prior to the visit. Despite this, I was required to fill out paperwork with the same information. This was a complete waste of my time.
The staff at the front desk is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond anything you would expect. Dr. Porta has a fantastic bedside manner. He's extremely personal. I would highly recommend anyone go to him. Home run, fantastic guy, great practice, perfect.

Service was good. My appointment was for 9:30. I was there for 9:00. I was not called back until 10:15. The nurse took my information and said the Doctor will be in shortly. It was another 15 minutes before he came in. Waiting 15 extra minutes extra to be called back is OK but not 45 minutes

When calling into the doctors office for an appointment things are OK but when you need to get in touch with the doctor about a matter concerning your prescription or something else, it seems as if a third-party company answers the phone because I don't seem to get an answer back on anything and all they wanna do is ask all the information that they should be looking at in the screen if they have my records pulled It seems almost impossible to be able to speak with the nurse or the doctor? call me old-school, but it seems that the healthcare seems to be changing for the worse I sometimes feel at the mercy of the operator who may not be having a good day with that being said it seems this has been taking place for about a year now
