About Me

Dr. Vicki Munson-Whetstone is a board certified family physician. After graduating from LSU of New Orleans, she completed her residency at Baton Rouge General’s Family Medicine Residency Program. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Munson is excited to serve her hometown of Zachary and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients centered on trust, communication and quality care.

Dr Vicki Munson has always been proactive. I like that. You can tell her anything and she HEARS you. My grown daughter and son go to her also. And now my husband is transferring over to her. She's very attentive!

I've been Dr. Vicki Munson Whetstone's patient when she became a physician out of Medical College. She's a dedicated and devoted physician to her patients! A very professional and dedicated physician.

Dr. Vicki Munson is a great doctor. She listens to me. We come up with a plan. Then she checks on me after the plan. And if something isn't working, we explore the options that do work. She's very honest about me, even though there's things that I want, but they're not medically indicated for me. And she reminds me of that and lets me know those things that would be unsafe for me. And I feel like she does have my general best interests at heart. And I absolutely love my doctor. And I wouldn't trade her for the world.
