Dr. Vasanthi Vinayagam ABFM, graduated from Thanjavur Medican College in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India and completed her residency at Baton Rouge General. She also attended Madurai Medical College in India to earn her M.D. in Pharmacology. Dr. Vinayagam is currently a medical consultant for Shifa Community Psychological Program, Cypress Psychiatric Hospital, Jefferson Manor Nursing Home and Benton Rehabilitation Hospital. She is involved in research at the VA Medical Center in Alexandria.
