Rebecca Adcock NP is amazing. She was kind, patient, and listened to everything I had to say/ask. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and was willing to help me find solutions. Her nurse was also friendly and kind. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Rebecca has gone above & beyond. She takes her time & cares. She has recently gotten more certifications on menopause. I feel this has improved her ability to care for me and other patients tremendously. She spends time and is truly concerned about my health. I have been looking for a gynecologist like her for about three years now. I believe her education and empathy can change the trajectory of her patient's lives. I always feel listened to and left her office elated at the fact that I now have hope, during perimenopause. She is a Godsend!!

Having to enter my family's medical history every time I go is a little bit absurd, due to the fact that both my parents passed away, and I can't get any of their past medical history, so I guess most of the time. So, it's probably correct 80% of the time, but not all of it is, and I can't go back, and ask them. But I have to do it every time I go because I go annually.
This was my first meeting with Rebecca and she was fantastic! She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything before the appointment was over. She was extremely thorough in her explanations, but made sure she explained in a way for me to understand everything. I would definitely recommend the BRG OB/GYN team to any friends or family members that are looking for a new doctor.

Rebecca Adcock listened to what I had to say. She gave me great advice.
I was past due for my mammogram so when I called to inquire about it I was told I had to see the doctor and that it would be done the same day. However when I got to the appointment I was told I really didn't need to see the doctor because I had an exam last year and you only have to go every 3 years. I had to wait 25 mins before doctor came in and then was told I couldn't get my mammogram because they stop the appointments at 3:30 and it was now 4 pm. This is very frustrating. Had I known I could have just walked in to get one done because I had "standing orders" I wouldn't have wasted my time going in to get an exam I didn't need. Now I'm having to take time out of my work schedule again to get my mammogram done. I would encourage the staff to ask more questions before setting an appointment for a patient and telling them they have to see the doctor when they in fact do not need to see the doctor prior to the mammogram. It is very frustrating when a person has a demanding career where leaving early or taking time out in the middle of the day is almost impossible just to go to an appointment and wait for a long period of time then not be able to get the exam needed.

I am really grateful for the women that actually saw me when I was able to get an appointment. However, I truly cannot understand how and why it was so difficult and disorganized to even schedule this appointment to begin with. It took me a year to actually get in and get my birth control situation handled and very little of that is through a false of my own. Consistently it was me contacting this office and being asked to contact a third-party on their behalf. the communication and disorganization was truly unacceptable. Again, I'm really grateful for the people that actually took care of me - but I've moved a LOT and never had so much difficulty just getting seen (or getting answers for simple things over the phone). Truly the in person and potential patient experience could not be more different. May no other woman have to deal w as much of a mess -> self advocacy is hard and so many women don't have the skills or time! Unnecessary barriers.

There were no tissues or cleanser in the room to clean off after exam . Mistakenly used Hand sanitizer wipes. Yikes!!! Had to rush to bathroom to get it off. Would be nice to have clothes rack etc to hang clothes. Chair was damaged and looked like salvation army reject. This was all very different from environment and amenities at Wom ans Hospital where I went to doc for 20 plus years. Otherwise, provider care was excellent.

All the staff was efficient and I felt like I was in and out of the office. I also liked the fact that I could get my blood work and mammogram all at the same time. I didn't have to schedule an appointment and come back at a later time.
The front desk lacked empathy and professionalism to the point where I was crying and almost walked out. Thank goodness for the nurse and the PA who I saw after this initial encounter who were amazing at listening to my concerns and calming my nerves about possible health issues. The physician who saw me that day brought me from feeling hopeless and defeated to feeling like someone is actually listening and cares. The women at the front desk could take a lesson or two from her.
The RN was amazing and her nurse and the check in admin. The office doesn't have much atmosphere i. terms of decor or magazines in waiting room and lots of flyers all taped on wall in offices which can feel a bit dated but lovedddd the team and that's what matters
