I really appreciate the assistance I received. I am concerned about the diagnosis. However, I am a new patient. We will see what happens next.

Dr. B is, by far, THE best doctor I have ever seen! He is the most compassionate, caring, understanding, respectful, intelligent doctor I've had the pleasure of dealing with, he's the best! From always answering all of my questions to working to find what would be the very best solution to whatever issue I bring to him, Dr. B takes his time, offers me options, lays out the pros and cons of each decision and fully backs me up whatever decision I make. He makes me feel heard and human, I can't count the times I've cried happy tears upon leaving his office because I felt so heard and validates. I'm not just a fat woman with a problem to him, he overlooks my weight if it has nothing to do with the problem I came to see him for, he knows that he and I both know I need to lose weight and he doesn't nag me with it at every visit! He treats me as a person with feelings and I can never thank him enough for how wonderful he is at each and every visit! I never feel rushed, I always feel like I can ask any question I need answered and I always leave satisfied that we've found a solution! And his staff is as fantastic as he is! Super, super sweet and always so cheerful and welcoming!! Seriously, clone this doctor and his staff and place them at ALL clinics and you'd never get a complaint again, these are some of your finest employees!!

The visit was perfect. I wasn't required to wait. The staff was efficient and attentive. The doctor was engaged and extremely helpful. More clinics should work this well.
