Dr. Littleton was so patient and respectful. He and his team were so nice and he explained everything so thoroughly. He took time to hear my concerns and answered my questions with a smile. He even drew a diagram of my surgery so I could understand everything. He operated on my grandmother years ago and he is just the same today. He has amazing bedside manner and he called my family personally after my surgery. The office staff were speedy and kind. I felt so taken care of!

Dr Littleton was fabulous A++. He took time to fully explain my upcoming surgery, complete with multiple illustrations. He was warm and kind and listened to my fears. He was also quite thorough, and he had a gentle way of speaking directly to me, and not over my head. He didn't seem in a hurry to get out of the room - he was not rushing. I had to have an emergency Cholecystectomy with 0 time to mentally prepare, I was anxiety ridden and in pain. Dr. Littleton came in and explained everything he was going to do and why, taking away most of my anxiety. He was very professional, patient and had a great bedside manner. He was very easy to talk to and ready to not only answer my questions but help me understand everything. He was very thorough and even brought out a picture diagram to show everything. 10 out of 10 an amazing doctor. Couldnt recommend him more! My follow up appointment was treated just as good! The front desk lady was very sweet and stood out to me during my appointment.! Loved her

In the past week I was at both baton rouge general facilities, the one on Bluebonnet and the one on Florida. In both locations I was treated you buy a professional staff that treated me with respect and courtesy. Every time they enter the room they knocked and every time they left until last thing they asked was if there's anything they could get me. I found it a very pleasant experience to be in the hospital and I hate hospitals.

Dr. Littleton is a great physician. If I did not have a primary, I would want him as my primary. Unfortunately, people's health insurance does not. He does not have people health insurance, which I hope sooner or later through the next couple of years. Maybe that will change, but it was an emergency situation and he took care of me very well, and I was so thankful that I had a doctor that was, had such a great bedside manner and is so very thoughtful and caring about his patients. Well, I think this particular Dr. Littleton doesn't have anything to improve on. He's very informational. You know, he left, you didn't leave no stone unturned. He dot all his I's and cross all the T's. I don't know how he could be any better than what he was, cause I didn't have any questions after he explained everything to me and went through his routine or whatever. He has an answer, all the questions that I did have in my mind already even before I asked her. So, I would highly recommend anyone to him because he's a very, very good doctor. Informational doctor to make sure, you know everything. He asked that question for him to all my questions. Thank you and yourself.

We love the b r general such kind & caring employees. We loved the way we felt at home. The 1 problem we had was the shower it ran water all the way to the patient's bed was very scary for patient being as weak as he was & also for me I could have fallen. We did report that maybe drainage was stopped up but nothing was done. The dr. came to see my husband the next day we told him & he immediately told someone to get the plumber up here right away. Well we were there a couple more days no one ever came to fix it. That is very scary & dangerous. We didn't report it again he was discharged & we left. This is the only problem we had the hospital should have someone check the shower draining every couple weeks in all rooms to make sure this want happen it could of been a very serious accident. But other than that I'd recommend your hospitality & hospital to everyone. Oh & the food is so delicious for a sick person helps them to eat & enjoy & get strength back. Not like the Lady of the Lake you want to throw up when lifting the lid smells horrible. My husband lost so much weight there & was already weak & sick. Everyone says that about the OLOL hospital sad???? Not too much help either ??

My admission into the hospital from the ER was scary and Dr. Littleton was just one of the doctors that made it less so. He communicated everything very effectively and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and followed up very thoroughly. The nurse went out of her way to schedule me as soon as possible. She called me back the same day when I was having a problem. Dr Littleton went into a lot of detail to explain the anatomy of the gallbladder, my test results, and surgery. Which I appreciate this helped me to understand and make an informed decision. He seemed to care and not be rushed!
