The fifth floor was excellent. I irate them as a 10. Doctors, nurses, caregivers, housekeepers, food services. Every person who has contact with patients is important

The tech that administered my cat scan told me to put my necklace in my mouth because it was quicker than taking it off. I think that was inappropriate!

Surprised that doctor took such a genuine interest in my discussion with her. Immediately examined the area & gave a realistic & thorough explanation of what was going on after a doctor said it was nothing & didn't even check the area of concern. Very impressed with this doctor & comfortable.

Everyone in the office explained everything to me like I was 5. Not in a condescending way but I don't have any experience with surgical procedures so it was reassuring.
