The nurse was very attentive and he gave his undivided effort and attention to my concerns. He communicated effectively from what I can tell to Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall came in fully aware of what was going on with the exception of a few things that I think he just wanted my explanation of. And Dr. Hall himself was very attentive. He was careful with his attention, giving me his attention, listening to every detail that I gave. And it was very refreshing for me to experience his care, his care of attentiveness to me and making sure he paid attention to the details of what he was going to do.

I would have rated them a 10, but the scheduler did not follow through on a commitment. She told me she would contact me the next day by noon to schedule my surgery. I was not contacted.
