Originally went to her for a second opinion and good thing I did because what the other doctor dismissed as nothing and wouldn't do a biopsy even though it was ordered by another doctor turned out it was skin cancer... Because of the new system my doctor was not able to access past history. He was not able to look at the list of medicines I have been on and give me something new because of side effects from the old ones. Very frustrating!!

After seeing dad, she came out into the waiting room and gave me a hug once she found out my mom had passed. She spends time with her patients, so I don't mind having to wait for her. I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with every physician that I've seen at BRG, in the year that I've been a patient. I drive over an hour & it is 1000% worth it for the care that I've received. OUTSTANDING group of people, you should be very proud of this office as well as the Crohn's & Colitis Center doctors, NPs, & staff. I have never had a bad experience yet, & have always left smiling & very happy with my progress.
The clinical care was top notch. I thought that the provider was very good, and I would definitely recommend seeing her again. The only issue is that I waited in the exam room for almost an hour before she came to see me after the nurse left. Besides that, it was a good experience.

The doctor, staff and facility was great. The length of time to get an appointment was alarming. It took 5 months to get an appointment and I could not be seen for all of my concerns in one visit. I have to wait another month to see the doctor for a different concern.
She did not help me at all, very disappointed. I have seen her 2 or 3 times and she has not been very helpful. My husband said to give her another chance but this is the last time. I'm going to find the different. The only good thing is the free office sample of lotion.
