I don't like other people in the exam room when I'm talking to the doctor. It's hard enough to tell the doctor what's wrong, when there's a woman in there listening and laughing about what I say. What's up with that?? Can't he do it by himself? I never get undressed so why is she in there?? The doctor listens to me more when she is not in there for him to talk to her.

So it's just like a normal doctor's visit, but the bright side is that every single time I go, I'm in and out. I'm usually in and out before my appointed time. So they're quick, efficient, and they give perfect customer care.

Almost always a good experience. Occasionally it is not very timely, but on the whole a great experience. The intake staff are always friendly, respectful and helpful. Having the lab right there is great and the nurse there is always nice. Dr. Lee is very caring and will spend time with you. Would definitely recommend to anyone (and have in the past).
