About Me

Tara Fisher is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She began her medical career as a volunteer in the Birth Center at the BRG, was a Nurse Tech while in school, was a Registered Nurse for 7 years, and has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and LANP.

Tara and the staff she works with are all great. The only issue I am having right now is the MyChart app does not have an easy way for me to get a receipt for my copay to submit to my FSA account for reimbursement. That is a technical issue that needs to be resolved. I have sent a message to billing, but after 2 days, still no response.
