This is the best doctor and clinic that I have ever used. I would go way out of my way to continue being a patient is they ever moved.
I would like a follow up call to discuss the results of my blood work and any of the concerns I mentioned to the doctor that I needed answers to.

Waiting time takes too long. This visit took me 2 hrs. I almost walked out after being told to go back to waiting area after visit to do blood work, but finally got me in. I am sad and very disappointed that my amazing Dr is leaving BRG in January. Not sure if it's because they are over worked and under staffed, but so disappointing. I will not be following her because i cannot afford a membership fee, but will miss her so very much. I will be staying with BRG. Maybe you guys can work on getting more staff, so the wait times don't take so long.

I absolutely love my doctor. I just wish the wait times were shorter. It's like a minimum of 30 minutes AFTER your appointment time before you are called back. I have to work and I get paid by the hour, so every minute counts for me. I was also there 10 mins prior to my appt time.

Dr. McCulloh and all her staff are always amazing and friendly, they genuinely care and if I had to drive an extra hour just to go see her, I would gladly do it.
Provider did not want to hear what I had to say. Tried to push medication that was not wanted nor would help with the situation. I had to sign a paper saying that if I was 15 minutes late I would have to pay anyway. But, I was at the visit for 1 1/2 hours. Only to actually see the doctor for a few minutes.

There have been some important staff changes that I want to commend and would give an A+10! In years past, the front desk did not provide adequate help to allow patients in to see the doctor. However, the present office personnel have been nothing but professional and understanding, accommodating the patients with immediate health care. Dr. April McCulloh is a wonderful provider and she now has the support that helps the office run smoothly.

Listen, I... my eldest son is a doctor, and ER doc, and I feel really comfortable going to April. She... my... both my wife and I use her for our basic health care provider, so. Have been seeing Dr. McCulloh for at least 11, maybe 12 years and love her! I normally only see her for my yearly wellness visit and she is always very thorough, and makes sure I'm getting other exams such as mammograms, eye exams, etc., and following up with my specialists. Nurses and lab ladies are always very kind as well.
