Baton Rouge, LA – Less than two hours into St. Patrick’s Day, Kelsey Wheat and Bryce Arthurs welcomed a little lucky charm into the world at Baton Rouge General’s Birth Center.
Born at 1:45 a.m., 6 lb., 14 oz. baby boy Tate Kenneth Arthurs was the first St. Patrick’s Day baby of 2018 born at the hospital. The family is doing great.
