April Melancon, RD, LDN earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from Nicholls State University and completed her dietetic internship at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A native of Cut Off, LA, she has been a licensed dietitian since 2015 with concentrations in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, weight loss and digestive disorders.
