Baton Rouge General Names Marketing and Communications Vice President07-Mar-2013 Baton Rouge, La. – Nicole Kleinpeter has been named Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Baton Rouge General, BRG Physicians network, General Health System and its affiliates. Joining the organization in 2003, she has served in multiple marketing and communications functions, including positions as manager and director. Recently, she has led her department in the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies, major multimedia advertising campaigns, social media platforms, public relations initiatives and high profile community events. Under her leadership, Baton Rouge General’s data-driven marketing and PR initiatives have been nationally recognized as best in practice, and among hospital competitors locally and across the state.
Kleinpeter has also been nationally recognized for her professional marketing expertise, speaking at national conferences, and she currently serves on the American Hospital Association’s marketing society committee. She also serves on the Louisiana Hospital Association’s marketing and public relations society board and on the Mayor’s Healthy City Initiative. This year, Kleinpeter was selected to participate in the 2012-2013 Baton Rouge Area Chamber’s Leadership Baton Rouge! community leadership development program.
An alumna of Loyola University of New Orleans and Baton Rouge Magnet High School, Kleinpeter has resided in Baton Rouge for 35 years and has worked in her field for 13 years.
